NATURAL HEALTH ENTERPRISES RETURN POLICY

~ First, contact us to let us know what the problem is, so we are aware of the issue.

~ For the consumable products we ship from our office, if a return is needed, upon timely return of any intact unopened or unused items, a refund of the product cost of those items less the payment processing charge, will be issued through our payment processor.

~ Both delivery and any return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

~ Equipment such as rebound units, water purifiers, infrared lamps and saunas, juicers, dehydrators and some other items, are not to be returned to us. If there is a defect in manufacturing, the item may be returnable under the manufacturer's warranty according to their policies.

You can purchase the products presented at any of our websites with confidence of their quality and of the integrity of the companies that provide them (with the possible exception of the AquaWizard faucet-mount RO unit).
