Frequently Asked Questions about Vitamin O

Q.
 – How much should I take?
A. – Most people use 30 drops or ½ teaspoon 2-3 times a day.  You can start slower at, say 10-15 drops 3 times a day, and then increase it until you get up to the 30 drops.

Q. – What is a good maintenance dosage for "Vitamin O" if I am not taking it for any specific problem?
A. – 30 drops or ½ teaspoon twice a day.

Q. – How do I take "Vitamin O"?
A. – It is best to take "Vitamin O" in the mouth (under the tongue) away from food.  Put the drops directly in the mouth and hold it there for about 30 seconds, then swallow.  If you mix or dilute it, always mix "Vitamin O" in pure water.  If put in an organic medium, such as juice, milk, coffee or tea, the oxygen dissipates quickly and you do not get full value from it.

Q. – What are the ingredients in "Vitamin O"?
A. – "Vitamin O" contains intact oxygen molecules in a liquid solution of distilled water, sodium chloride and trace minerals.

Q. – How long does a bottle last?
A. – One 4 oz. bottle has 48 doses of 30 drops each. The 8 oz. bottle has 96 doses and the 16 oz. bottle has 192 doses.

Q. – How long does it take to notice results?
A. – Everyone's body is different. Therefore, some people notice results immediately and others may notice a difference after a month or so.

Q. – Are there any side effects when taking "Vitamin O"?
A. – There are no known side effects. However, if you take too much "Vitamin O" at one time you may notice a slight headache or too much energy.

Q. – Will "Vitamin O" interfere with any nutritional supplements or medications?
A. – None that we know of, but check with your doctor to be sure.

Q. – Can you take "Vitamin O" and other nutritional supplements or medications at the same time?
A. – Yes.

Q. – Can children and animals take "Vitamin O"?  And if so how much should they take?
A. – We have many reports of both children and animals successfully using "Vitamin O".  The amounts used will vary depending on what it is used for.  Try different amounts to see what works best or check with a health care professional for advice.

Q. – Can people with high blood pressure use "Vitamin O" without side effects (because of the salt)?
A. – The amount of salt in "Vitamin O" is a very small amount.  30 drops of "Vitamin O" contains less than 4 mg of sodium which is a very insignificant amount.  However, if you have questions, check with your doctor.

Q. – Why does "Vitamin O" have a chlorine taste?
A. – It has a chlorine taste because the sodium chloride (salt) in it is broken down in the manufacturing process to sodium and chloride. The sodium is mostly all filtered out. The chloride that remains gives it a chlorine taste.

Q. – Is "Vitamin O" pH balanced?
A. – Yes.

Q. – Can pregnant women take "Vitamin O"?
A. – We know of no problems with taking during pregnancy.  However, check with your health practitioner to be sure.

Q. – What is the shelf life of "Vitamin O"?
A. – It is about 6 months for an opened bottle and 3 to 5 years for an unopened bottle.

Q. – What is the difference between "Vitamin O" and hydrogen peroxide or other oxygen supplements on the market?
A. – "Vitamin O" should not be confused with the Chlorite compounds which are available on the market and which represent an older, now outdated approach to providing oxygen supplementation. These older Chlorite type compounds must first come into contact with the hydrochloric acid in the stomach before oxygen is released by way of a vigorous chemical reaction.

Also, "Vitamin O" should not be confused with hydrogen peroxide, a compound which can cause a severe "healing crisis" if not administered properly and with appropriate care, and apparently has a tendency to release potentially harmful free radicals into the system.

Q. – How should I store "Vitamin O"?
A. – You can store "Vitamin O" at room temperature.  It does not need to be refrigerated, and do not freeze.

Q. – On the "Vitamin O" bottle it says to not stir with a metal utensil or place in a metal container, how is this going to affect me if I have metal fillings or metal dentures?
A. – We have not seen or heard of any adverse reactions.

Q. – How long has "Vitamin O" been on the market?
A. – We have been selling it since 1996.
