Spirulina
Spirulina is an edible algae that is outstanding source of protein, chlorophyll and other nutrients. It is 100% vegan, a great food for vegetarians, with no gluten, casein or lactose.
Spirulina contains 60% "complete" protein. It is rich in the pigments: chlorophyll (green), carotenes (red, orange, yellow), and phycocyanin (blue); high in Vitamin A, B Vitamins (the BEST vegetarian source of B12), Vitamin K1 & K2, and lots of minerals, including iron, manganese and chromium.
