~ First, contact us to let us know what the problem is.

 

~ For the consumable products we sell, if a return is needed, upon timely return of any intact unopened or unused items, a refund of the full product cost of those items will be issued through our payment processor.

 

~ In special cases a refund may be issued for an item returned opened and partially used, such as a defect in preparing the product. 

 

~ Both delivery and any return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless we determine otherwise according to circumstances.

~ Equipment such as rebound units, juicers, mills, grinders, dehydrators, wheat grass kits, and some other items, are not to be returned to us. If there is a defect in manufacturing, the item may be returnable under the manufacturer's warranty according to their policies.
