The common lifestyle and diet are not healthy. Illness and degenerative disease are widespread due to planned ignorance, learned helplessness and public poisons.

Learning and actualizing the methods of natural health can clear illness and restore well-being.

There is really only one “dis-ease” -- distress of the organism. Stress, toxins, and poor nutrition cause this distress, which may take the forms of arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, infections, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, etc.

Preventing disease and inflammation is a process of relaxing distress. Calming stress, detoxification, minimizing exposure to toxic influences, and life-supporting nutrients will help prevent most ill health and serve rejuvenation.

Natural foods, such as a combination of organically-grown fresh produce, ideally from one’s own garden, antioxidants, enzymes and minerals from super foods such as organic milled flaxseed and herbs, build health. The immune system needs special support. Extra oxygen is very helpful. Calming relaxation, pure water, good exercise and deep sleep are critically important as well.

Educating oneself and raising awareness are important. We need to develop strong community relationships through small support groups working together to learn and plan for making things better. Candida Yeast Overgrowth

Candida Albicans Yeast is an opportunistic microorganism that resides in the body, mainly in the digestive tract, especially the colon. In most people there is a yeast overgrowth due to conditions that are conducive to it.

The reduction of friendly bacteria in the intestines, such as acidophilus and bifidus, has become widespread from use of antibiotics, chemical preservatives and alcohol, among other things.

With a lower level of these ”probiotic“ protectors, candida yeast expands its presence. In some people it occasionally manifests a noticeable yeast or fungal infection. When it appears, that is likely just the tip of the iceberg.

Carbohydrates, especially refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup and alcohol dramatically encourage yeast growth. In fact, it is common for yeast to spread beyond the intestines to other parts of the body.

When the yeast has overgrown significantly, it is called "candidiasis", the formal name for a candida yeast infection. This usually has noticeable negative effects on one's health.

Yeast cells are like little toxin factories. As they emit their waste products, they toxify and irritate tissues. There are many common candida symptoms and yeast infection symptoms.

Candida overgrowth drives a desire for the sweets it thrives on. It uses up blood sugar, generating hypoglycemic symptoms such as tiredness, fogginess, grogginess and anxiety.

The brain and thoughts have a major effect on our health. Stressful and toxic influences interfere with the brain’s ability to function.

The quality of health is determined by what happens in the cells of the body guided by the brain, nerves and glands. If the cells have all the resources they need to produce energy, and not too much toxins and stress, health will be good.

However, we are being overwhelmed with public poisons and disturbing frequencies as well as self-toxification from poor food choices and waste accumulation in the colon.

We have been unknowingly exposed to many harmful influences most of our lives, small doses of toxins from pollution and chemicals in foods, medicines, water, air, home furnishings and household products that are contributing to diminished mental ability and a variety of degenerative diseases.

Our thinking and our health are eroded by radiation, agricultural, industrial, medical and food chemicals, as well as electromagnetic frequencies (emf) from cell phones and wifi transmissions.

The need for pure, high quality water is universal. Most of us are dehydrated and toxic, and vulnerable to unfavorable health conditions because of this.

Water is an amazing substance. Are you consuming enough? Adequate water intake is essential, but it needs purification of contaminants before consumption. Is your water pure enough?

If the cells of the body do not receive enough properly structured water, free of toxic chemicals, they will not function properly and may not live long.

Water and minerals are essential components of our life processes. However, the water piped into our homes needs corrected to be healthy. Poisons need to be removed with a water purifying system.

Raw tap water is a chemical cocktail that should not be consumed without purification. Chlorine, fluoride and other toxic chemicals are added by cities to the many pollutants already contaminating water. Glyphosate has been among the most used agricultural herbicides for years, and nearly everyone has toxic levels of it in the body.

Water pollution sources include agriculture, industry, medical waste, “fracking“, geo-engineering sprays and much more. Chlorine and fluoride are purposely, admittedly added public poisons that should not be in our water supply.

It is important to purify water with special filtration such as reverse osmosis to remove the poisons.

A combination of redox media with carbon and “corrected" reverse osmosis is the best method of purifying for home use. The water can be re-mineralized if needed to make it more alkaline.

Your biological age can be younger or older than your chronological age. Aging primarily results from a disturbance in metabolism.

As we approach middle age, weakening glands cause our hormone levels to shift. Telomeres, the protective caps on the strands of DNA, tend to wear down and shorten.

The brain receives signals of a weakening, faltering biological system and goes into a gradual "shut-down" mode.

Now it is possible to improve almost every aspect of your body -- bone mass, muscle, long and short-term memory, healing time, organ function, physical activities -- and regain a youthful appearance -- by improving your metabolism and your body chemistry.

It is better to deal with the underlying causes of aging rather than trying to relieve each symptom by taking some type of medicine, especially a chemical one.

The most important keys to long healthy life are: detoxifying and alkalizing the body, reducing and healing damage by free radicals and parasites, maintaining the health of the telomeres that keep the ends of DNA strands from fraying, and supporting adequate stem cells, special cells that easily transform into the type needed for a particular tissue.

Lack of understanding adequate nutrition and ignorance of common exposure to toxic agents are the primary reasons for most illness.

Conventional thinking focuses on the “balanced diet” of protein, carbohydrates and fats through the food groups, now listed as: proteins (meat, poultry, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, beans, peas), dairy, grains, fruits and vegetables. Few people have been taught in their upbringing about even this degree of consideration about what to eat.

They talk about protein, carbs, fat and fiber! Why are vitamins, minerals, enzymes, pigments, phytonutrients and antioxidants not included in the official guidelines? Is it assumed that all these will be present in commercial food at the supermarket?

We are surrounded by public poisons and other detrimental influences such as EMF‘s. If the officials were really concerned about our health, they would at least let us know about all these poisons if not preventing them.

Nutritional deficiency makes us more vulnerable to disease. With the lack of real nutrients in today’s common foods, consuming highly nutritious, protective super foods is crucial to good health in today’s poison environment. Skin and the Sun

Sun exposure prompts development of vitamin D, but the sun rays are more damaging than in the past. If the skin receives too much sun damage can occur, including various forms of skin cancer.

The skin is our largest organ, and important to protect. However, most commercial sunscreen products are not healthy to put on the skin. It would be better to wear light cover all clothing like they do in hot desert climates.

Application of a soothing oil such as coconut oil, will moisten the skin and reduce drying and chafing. Including sources of high quality oils in the diet, such as organic flax seed, along with drinking an abundance of well purified water, and organic minerals, including silica, are also important for healthy skin and eyes.

The eyes are also exposed and vulnerable to sun and wind. It is wise to wear sun shade glasses when outside in the sun, even on hazy days. Foods rich in carotene pigments and certain herbs are helpful for good eye health.

Toxins and Acid-Alkaline Balance

The acid-alkaline balance is a crucial consideration in health. Illness usually develops in an overly acidic body. There are many factors that can contribute to acidity.

Stress and anxiety create acid body fluids. The waste byproducts of many of the foods that are commonly eaten are acidic. Toxins usually are acidic. With all the public poisons in our lives, most of us are toxic.

You can easily test your urine with pH strips to determine the status of acid/alkaline balance.

Relaxing, detoxifying and choosing alkaline forming foods and minerals will help improve the body’s pH. Most vegetables and fruits are alkaline as an end result of metabolism. On the other hand, meats, dairy products, wheat and most other grains are acid forming.

Most toxins have an extra positively charged proton. Unstable protons are free radical ions seeking a mate. Excess protons need to be countered with available negative electrons. Antioxidants provide electrons that can stabilize free radical toxins.

Most of the chemicals added to public water are acidic and positively charged. If one uses reverse osmosis to purify the water, it removes the chemicals, but this process removes minerals also, lowering the pH of the water even more.

It is important to re-mineralize RO water or distilled water to alkalize It. Consuming water alkalized with minerals will gradually raise total pH. On the other hand, alkalizing should not be done to an extreme.

It is time in the northern hemisphere for preparing to plant many vegetable seeds and plants.

On the brink of potential disruptions that could interfere with the food distribution system, growing your own organic food is now essential.

Organically grown natural foods and super foods rich in antioxidants and enzymes are the essential selections for eating wisely and building good health.

Begin with sprouting seeds indoors for a head start on plants that should not be outside until past the likelihood of frost. Select non-GMO heirloom seeds to sow or start plants. GMO and highly processed food products harm health and engender disease.

Meanwhile, you can prepare the location for planting. This could be in soil when the ground is workable, in containers that can then be placed outside in an ideal location when the time comes, or in straw bales.

Feed the soil properly with well-composted matter and minerals for a healthy organic garden.

Plan to save food and seeds for the future, while researching and applying permaculture concepts. The quantity, quality, variety and balance of minerals, microbes and worms in the soil our food grows in, have a great bearing on our health and longevity.

Plant items now that can grow well in little peat pots, egg cartons, etc., such as lettuce, radishes, kale and other crops that prefer it a little cooler.

With straw bales, raised beds or container gardening, some of these can also be grown using a tarp, tent, cold frame, shed with windows or a greenhouse, getting a good jump on the growing season. With heating, some crops can even be done in winter weather. Sprouts of beans, alfalfa seeds, etc. can be grown in the kitchen year round.

At this time when survival could depend on our skills of growing and preserving food and accessing and purifying water, cooperative preparedness in a community support system is very important.

The more important issues and potential crises are being hidden behind an array of distractions.

Some of this is entrainment entertainment, “NEWS” and events of little value for which we have been programmed to have an interest. Some of it is trauma programming to incite, build and maintain fear regarding the serious problems of our world. Much of this involves false or distorted narratives.

In any case, the world planners are gradually building the ignorance, confusion, and chaos, while attacking us with public poisons and expanding the institutional bureaucracies and control technologies to guide people to the intended assumptions and behaviors.

All this also serves to distract us from significant social changes that have been developed on purpose, or possibly earth changes that are known to be forthcoming but withheld from the public.

The backdoor intention for this programming is to reduce intelligence and foster ignorance. If there is a looming disaster that has been identified but kept quiet, the front door reasoning may be that people might panic, leading to social breakdown. The secret plan is to utilize disaster to generate social chaos and radically eliminate population, as well as to restructure social organization under worldwide, technological, full spectrum, dominant control.

The Cancer Crisis

Cancer has become an epidemic even though it is preventable. It does not come out of the blue. The problem is due to a combination of ignorance and unhealthy conditions.

The cancer crisis has been created by the increase of stress and toxins in our lives, with the simultaneously decrease in the quality of the food supply. Cancer and every other degenerative disease result from the underlying conditions of the universal illness, distress of the organism, which is eroding health over time with tension, toxicity and malnutrition.

Stress and tension result from the deep debt rat race lifestyle that the system has set up for us. People ignorant of natural health care have very poor nutritional habits. The strongest influence on the incidence of cancer though, is toxicity.

Public poisons are effecting all of us. They are dispersed into our lives intentionally, in the water, the food, the air and many of our home furnishings and household products.

These conditions put the body in a chronically distressed state. Then the body sputters and limps along without the immune strength and resiliency to overcome the deterioration of degenerative illness, especially cancer.

Those who turn to the medical establishment for help are ripped off financially and physically until the end. The fear, stress and poisoning from entering the cancer industry’s realm makes it much more difficult to eliminate the cancer.

The Critical Concerns of the Next Few Years

We are in one of the most critical times in known human history. There are a number of important concerns that must be resolved or life as we have known it will be seriously disrupted over the next few years.

The most pressing concern is loss of health, fertility and the ability to think due to the public poisons that have been gradually harming us for decades. These include: fluoride, mercury, aluminum, estrogen mimickers, geo-engineering, GMOs, radiation, Pharma medicines, EMFs and more. These are rapidly reducing intelligence and fertility and undermining health.

A more immediate devastating impact could be generated by an intentional pandemic, an economic collapse, an EMP or CME that shuts down the power grid, atmospheric or environmental catastrophe, and social chaos and the restrictions that may follow.

Among the worst scenarios are widespread destruction from military actions including war, a major planetary disaster such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, falling meteors or an impact of a larger body.
